The website operations are inadequate and cumbersome. Today, I have tried to sign in or re-register several times and it will not accept it. When I called my local SC in Rosenberg, Tx, the lady on the phone had no clue or guidance. I thus cannot make an appointment. The service in the store had declined terribly while the pricing continues to go up. Luckily, I receive a small age discount. Except for the manager, who usually cuts my hair, the other hair stylists are generally unprofessional, and the massage and hairwash are now worthless and not worth the price. I am considering trying to find a much better experience elsewhere.

I've seen the hype on the commercials about the great experience on service you receive when you visit a Sports Clip's. So I finally decided to try one while I was out traveling for business. Needless to say it's nothing like the hype on TV. Same old greeting you get at any chain store. As far as the experience, there was none. It was just a plain old cut you hair and send you on your way. No hot towel, no massage, nothing like what I expect. I was asked if I wanted a wash afterwards, but that was it. I had to ask if they trimmed beards. I understand there may be different service levels, but I wasn't offered any options. So I'm definitely not impressed to what they advertise to what I received. Not sure I'll ever visit another one.

I wanted to recognize my stylist Dakota. She really listens to the style I am looking for and she always makes great recommendations on slight changes we could make that I am always pleased with. She is super personable, caring, and overall does a great job. See you soon!
