unprofessionalism and very rude by the girl named ( Laura), told me I cant get a hair cut , and told me to leave.

Went in this afternoon about 1:30, there was 1 client and 2 stylists. No one acknowledged me and after a while I notice the computer. I completed the first screen and when it moved on for more marketing I spoke to no one specific. I said I have no interest in completed the questionaire and wondered if I had to do it to get a haircut. Finally the stylist who did not j ave a customer looked at me, somewhat like a cow looks at a new gate. I again said I had no interest in completing your marketing material I just wanted a haircut, is that possible? After a few moments she said have a seat and ill be with you shortly. I have a broken back so is difficult and painful to get out of a chair, so I choose to stand. I watched the young lady who busier her shelf with picking up towels and continuing her pleasant flvisit with her coworker. The young lady went in the back and after several minutes came back out. Continuing with her visit with coworker she proceeded to pick another towel and a spray bottle. As she again began laughing and visiting with her coworker I left. This was my second visit but will be my last. Thank you
