Stylist Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Brazos Town Center- Rosenberg

I used to go here all the time and had one particular stylist that I liked, so continued go back. She had finally moved on to bigger and better things so I quit going there due to the unprofessionalism of the other stylist. I decided to try them again hoping my luck would be different well it Definitely was NOT!!!! I went in on Christmas Eve this past year figuring it would be busy so the wait wasn't a bother. But I was never greeted when I came in. I waited my 45 mins for the first available. When it was turn in line, my name got called and I approached the counter. Never was I greeted, in fact I had to extend my hand for a greeting. Like I said I was never greeted but I think the stylist name was ana. I got my haircut, which was uncomfortable because it felt like her clippers were either dull or she was in such a hurry to finish they she basically pulled my hair. When done she offered a wash. I responded sure. Went back got a wash and came back to her station and she did a few last minute touch ups. Got finished and to go pay and I was charged $24 for an MVP which I never got. I am not a confrontational person I let actions speak for them self. So I paid and I also tipped. But left very upset and unsatisfied. Like I said before, I thought I would give them another chance, but after this experience I will NEVER go back. Thanks for nothing, a concerned client.

I have going to this location every since it opened the staff are always consistent, friendly and helpful. But my favorite is Jeanette alway can count on a great and well defined haircut. Thanyou Jeanette
